The floating menu on the right makes it easy to manage items within each section—you can adjust the layout, move sections up or down, or delete them. If the menu overlaps with text you're editing, you can click "hide menu" to temporarily remove it from view.
Arrival: Decorating Staff will arrive onsite as specified by the client. We cannot be held responsible for delays (or incomplete décor) if not allowed a reasonable amount of time to complete décor services as described in this agreement.
Disposal: Collection of props where necessary will be provided as part of this agreement, at an agreed time between parties, all equipment, props, frames must be returned in the same condition received, if these are lost, stolen or damaged, this will incur additional costs for replacement items.
Terms: Payments to be made in the timeframe agreed when booking with us. Please plan to surrender funds as outlined below:
We hereby propose to furnish labor and materials; complete in accordance to the agreed specifications.
Material Guarantee:
All materials are guaranteed to be as specified by the manufacturer. If a supplier discontinues a product or manufacturer changes material type, The Provider reserves the right to make any last minute changes (at our discretion based on availability of materials at time of event). We reserve the right to substitute an item of like kind and quality.
Accident Clause:
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries related to our decor that is caused by mischief or mishandling by the client, guests or site staff. Please be aware that some children and adults have allergic reactions to latex. These type of people should refrain from having contact with the latex balloons. Do not allow guests to put the latex balloons into their mouths. Protective gear, including eye shields, should be worn. Client is responsible for supervising all use, and preventing all misuse or abuse of helium, balloons, equipment and material related to the event. Do not allow anyone to inhale helium from the filling equipment or from balloons! Inhaling helium gas directly from high pressure tank or inflated balloons can cause dizziness, drowsiness, loss of consciousness or other serious injury. Popping balloons can cause eye or other injury.
Inclement Weather Clause: The Provider shall not be responsible should weather conditions make it impossible to perform décor service (as described in this agreement). This includes (but is not limited to) strong winds, rain or snow storms.
Balloon Décor Clause: We use only the highest quality products and make every possible effort to ensure that your décor will meet or exceed your expectations. However, due to the general nature of balloons, we cannot guarantee that that your balloons will remain perfect and intact indoors and out, If inclement weather conditions make it difficult or impossible to produce as specified, the Provider will do its best to be flexible with providing décor alternatives. It is clearly understood that there will be no refunds or discounts for loss, breakage or failure to produce due to factors outside and beyond our control.
Payment: Final payment must be received at the time indicated to assure fulfilment of this agreement. - booking/ retainer fee must be paid to secure your order / booking, regrettably this is non refundable. The full balance of the payment is due 5 days prior to the collection/ delivery or setup, if payment is not received we will not be able to complete your order or attend your event.
Please note that we will make every effort to accommodate date changes to your event with at least 72 hours notice.
Exclusivity Clause: Due to the professional level of our designs, we ask there will not be any other balloons from other vendor sources on the event site while we set up in our area, including the inflation of balloons by volunteers. If this occurs and interferes with our set up we the Provider reserves the right to leave the job site for breach of contract. Exceptions, if declares prior to the event and it is written into the contract.
Cancellation:
PLEASE CAREFULLY CONSIDER THE CANCELLATION TERMS BEFORE COMMITTING
In the event of a cancellation, The Service Provider retains the right to apply fees as follows:
For cancellations within 48 hours of event – 100% of retainer will be taken (to cover expenses incurred for preparation of event, which includes but is not limited to: cost of materials, operating cost & lost wages.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email guidelines of this agreement.
Gift displays or stacks, please be aware once the item is in your care we do not hold responsibility for any damage caused, therefore a refund or replacement will incur an extra charge to cover materials and time. We give displays 24 hours to settle and make sure no faults before they leave.
Acceptance of Proposal: once a booking fee is received this is acceptance to the above specifications and conditions are satisfactory and in agreement to proceed. The said Service Provider is authorised to perform the service as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
